Diyang

Diyang is from the Bunun Tribe of aborigines, which is known for its incredible ability to harmonize (most notable is the tribe's Eight-Part Harmony singing style). Diyang's ability to sing in this well-known style is what allows him to harmonize in the folksongs that he sings with the band. If Hani's voice is like a tall, upward-reaching tree trunk, then Diyang's voice is like the lush leaves which fill out the branches. Together, they sing the most perfectly expressed aboriginal songs.
